Government

Botswana's form of government is a Parliamentary Republic. The Parliament of Botswana, consisting of the President and the National Assembly, is the supreme legislative authority. The judiciary includes the Court of Appeal (highest court), the High Court (superior court), Industrial Court (court of law and equity), and the Magistrate Court.

The official language in Botswana is English, but Setswana is the most commonly spoken language.
