Request Chapter or Article

Northwestern Law faculty, staff, and students can request scans of articles, book chapters and pages from the Northwestern University Libraries'  print collections.

Materials available in the Pritzker Legal Research Center or online will normally be delivered within 24 hours on weekdays, or on the following Monday for requests submitted on Fridays and weekends.  Materials available at other Northwestern libraries will be delivered within 1 week.

To request a scan of pages from any item available at any Northwestern Library, search for the book in NUsearch. From the item record in NUsearch, select Request and select "Law Library" as your pickup location. In the Notes field, enter the pages that you need scanned.

To request an item that is not available at any Northwestern Library, submit an interlibrary loan (ILL) request (ILLiad login required).
