EJAtlas is an online interactive platform documenting and cataloging social conflicts around environmental issues around the world.

The UNDRIP describes the rights of indigenous peoples in international law and policy. It contains minimum standards for the recognition, protection and promotion of these rights, and addresses individual and collective rights; cultural rights and identity; rights to education, health, employment, language, and others.

The UDHR is a foundational document that set out fundamental human rights to be universally protected for the first time. The UDHR has significantly influenced the development of international human rights law.

In order to better meet the Agency’s responsibilities related to the protection of public health and the environment, EPA has developed a new environmental justice (EJ) mapping and screening tool called EJSCREEN. It is based on nationally consistent data and an approach that combines environmental and demographic indicators in maps and reports.

Tool developed by Harvard's Environmental and Energy Law Program. This tracker is designed to provide up-to-date information on the Biden administration’s environmental justice commitments, and progress made on those commitments.
